Our Sheepskin Care set has all you need to keep your products in excellent condition. The wooden sheepskin brush has strong wire bristles - great for fluffing up your sheepskin and keeping it clean and our Baa Baby Wool Shampoo contains lanolin to maintain softness and can be used for both machine and hand wash.

Washing Sheepskin
- Hand Washing: Hand washing is preferred over machine washing to avoid damaging the leather.
- Preparing a Bath: Fill a cool bath with water no higher than 30°C (86°F).
- Washing: Submerge the sheepskin and gently agitate it to remove dirt.
- Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly with cool water to remove all soap.
We are often asked about washing sheepskin in a machine. While possible, we recommend hand washing in cool water. This gentler method reduces the risk of the leather shrinking and better preserves the sheepskin.
However, if you choose to machine wash then ensure to use a gentle wool cycle. Please note we cannot be responsible for any damage to sheepskin from machine washing.
