Yes. Both the Original and Classic have removable covers, leaving a sheepskin liner underneath.
Yes they are - though we find that most parents won't need to wash them. Sheepskin is very forgiving and naturally dirt repellant. For any stains and spills simply leave them to dry and brush out with a wire brush. Our footmuffs are suitable up to 3 years, however this will always be dependent upon the size of your child is the largest. Our Baa Baby Luxe is the largest size we offer. It also has the benefit of a double zip opening at the bottom for muddy feet and longer legs to poke out. Ultimately you will also need to ensure that your pram is big enough to accommodate a larger footmuff as they are longer in length.
