If, for any reason, you would like to return an item to us, we will accept items within up to 28 days of receipt of your order. Items must be received as unused and in a re-sellable condition if a full product refund is required.
- Labels and Tags must be attached or included
- Items should not have been worn or show signs of wear
- Items should be unmarked and unspolit
- Items must not be washed
Please fill in and include our Returns Form with any returns or if you are unable to download this, simply include your Order Name, Order Number and a short message with your instruction.
If an item is faulty or has been incorrectly shipped, we will cover the cost of the return.
The return of Footmuffs is FREE. For all other items the returns cost is not covered unless the item is faulty or has been shipped in error.
For all other items our Royal Mail returns labels are £2.50 and the amount will be deducted from your refund.

For all items we recommend obtaining a Proof of Postage certificate from the Post Office as we are unable to accept responsibility for items that go missing in transit.
Refunds are processed within 48 working hours of receipt

UK Exchange Deliveries are charged at £3.50. International Exchange Deliveries are charged at cost.
