Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Baa Baby for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

Baa Baby Gift Voucher
1. Gift Vouchers can be used in whole or in part to purchase Baa Baby products. A unique code will be supplied to the recipient which they will need to present to Baa Baby.
2. Gift Vouchers cannot be used on the website. To redeem a gift voucher, the recipient must phone or email with their order.
3. Gift voucher credit can be used to pay for postage costs.
4. If the entire amount is not redeemed, credit will be given against future purchases.
5. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
6. If a product purchased with a gift voucher is returned, the gift voucher code will be recredited.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All orders and delivery charges are processed in UK Sterling (£) and prices include VAT at the rate of 20% where applicable.
Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
Availability of Products
We maintain our website on a regular basis and aim to keep accurate availability infromation for all of our products but if an ordered item is out of stock we will contact you very quickly to notify you of any delays with your delivery timings.
DELIVERY
Where possible we use UK MAIL for the delivery of our Baa Baby parcels. This is a secure, fast and trackable service. Due to some restrictions to the reach of their service, we may use Royal Mail services for Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and some Northern parts of Scotland.

International Delivery
We use Royal Mail Airmail for our international deliveries. Please note prices are based on a standard weight parcel (up to 1kg). For heavier items we will advise you of any additional delivery charge before shipping. If you would like a trackable service we can organise Royal Mail Airsure for delivery to many countries – please contact us at baby@baababy.co.uk if you would like more information about this.

Customs
When ordering products from Baa Baby for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Estimated Delivery Times
We appreciate you would like to receive your Baa Baby order as soon as possible and so we endeavour to dispatch standard deliveries within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.
For Express Deliveries, your item will be received within 2-3 working days of the order being placed.
If Baa Baby has insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered, Baa Baby will ship the missing products as soon as they are available. We will of course notify you if there are any delays with your order.
For UK deliveries we use UKMAIL as our secure, trackable Courier service for our standard and Express deliveries (*please see exceptions below). A signature is required for delivery so please ensure that the details you provide are accessible. Following two consecutive delivery attempts, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be held at a local depot for 5 days before it is returned to us. Please ensure that you use the details on the couriers calling card to organise a redelivery with them within this time.
*There may be certain destinations where we might need to use Royal Mail First Class or Special Delivery as an alternative service. These areas are: parts of Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and some Northern areas of Scotland.

In a hurry?
We do not currently offer a next day delivery option on our website, but do let us know if you need something really urgently and we will always do our best to help.

Acknowledgement of Order
When you place an order to purchase a product from Baa Baby, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Force majeure
Baa Baby shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund, if you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the products ordered by you in the relevant transaction.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Baa Baby shall be governed by English Law and you and Baa Baby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
