Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Vouchers are valid for transactions made with us by email or phone and cannot be used on the website. Vouchers can be used in whole or in part to pay for Baa Baby products. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash. If the goods purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will be left as a credit with Baa Baby, and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. If goods are returned that have been purchased using gift voucher/s, then we will recredit the gift voucher to be used against further purchases.
