The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Baa Baby for the sale and purchase of the items contained in your basket. The terms do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

Baa Baby Gift Voucher
1. Gift Vouchers can be used in whole or in part to purchase Baa Baby products. A unique code will be supplied to the recipient which they will need to present to Baa Baby.
2. Gift Vouchers cannot be used on the website. To redeem a gift voucher, the recipient must phone or email with their order.
3. Gift voucher credit can be used to pay for postage costs.
4. If the entire amount is not redeemed, credit will be given against future purchases.
5. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
6. If a product purchased with a gift voucher is returned, the gift voucher code will be recredited.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All orders and delivery charges are processed in UK Sterling (£) and prices include VAT at the rate of 17.5% where applicable.
Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
Availability of Products
We maintain our website on a regular basis and aim to keep accurate availability infromation for all of our products but if an ordered item is out of stock we will contact you very quickly to notify you of any delays with your delivery timings.

Acknowledgement of Order
When you place an order to purchase a product from Baa Baby, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Returns, Refunds
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Baa Baby. Baa Baby operates a 'no questions asked' returns policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations if you return your product within 7 working days of receiving delivery of your order (as long as the product is returned in its original condition). Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us unless we deliver the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
You will not be obliged to send the return item as a Registered Delivery but we do strongly advise obtaining a Proof of Posting certificate from your local Post Office as we are unable to accept responsibility for items that go missing in transit.
You will be fully refunded, including delivery charges for a product which is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped. The product must be received by our returns department and have been sent to us within 30 days of receipt, at the address shown below:

Baa Baby will check all items returned as damaged or defective prior to refunds being processed. This returns Policy is separate and additional to your right to cancel.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange please return the original item to us in its original condition, along with a note with the details of the product you would like in return. If there is any difference in value, we will contact you to organise payment or a refund as appropriate.
All UK exchanges are subject to a £3.50 delivery charge and will be dispatched using our Courier Service. If you would prefer us to send your items out with Royal Mail First Class service to keep this cost to a minimum, please let us know.
Overseas exchange deliveries will be charged at cost.

Customs
When ordering products from Baa Baby for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Force majeure
Baa Baby shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Security
Baa Baby uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details submitted to us over the Internet. Recent surveys have shown that there is less fraud on the Internet than in real life situations (such as using your credit card in a department store or at a restaurant), and we're confident that we are offering the secure service you can expect from Baa Baby.

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

All rights including copyright in the content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Baa Baby and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and database right laws. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the website without Baa Baby's express written consent. In particular, you may not copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these Baa Baby web pages for any other purpose whatsoever. In addition you must not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation of any substantial parts of this website, without Baa Baby's express written consent.

Limitation of Liability
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund, if you cancel your contract, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the products ordered by you in the relevant transaction.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Baa Baby shall be governed by English Law and you and Baa Baby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
